Defining an Anchor Condition

  1. Select an edge or face of the component that you want to remain stationary.You can also select the component in the Structure treedesign tree.
  2. Click Anchor in the Assembly group on the Design tab. The constraint is added to the component. If the component is selected with the Move tool, the move handle is disabled.

To remove the anchor condition, right-click the Anchor object under the component in the SStructure treedesign tree.
