The Inspect group contains tools for checking faceted bodies for thickness, sharp edges, cavities, and overhangs. These items need to be considered for 3D printing.

Use the Overhangs tool to detect and highlight areas of the faceted body that protrude out at angles up to 90° |

Use the Sharp Edges tool to identify sharp edges on faceted and solid bodies. This tool does not fix these issues, however. |

|
Use the Thickness tool to check the minimum thickness of a faceted body. |
|
|
Use the Cavity tool to find cavities that are completely enclosed inside a faceted body. |
